Cross-border Liechtenstein tours

Those who wish to follow in the footsteps of the Liechtensteins can do so on foot, by bicycle or take a bus tour.

Cycle track "Fürstenroute"

The Fürstenroute is a cross-border themed bike trail "In the footsteps of the Liechtensteins" that connects the stately home in Wilfersdorf with the castles of Valtice and Lednice in the Czech Republic. The route passes the ancestral territory of the Liechtensteins as well as the UNESCO World Heritage Site "largest garden in Europe".

Hiking trail "Fürstenweg"

The stately home in Wilfersdorf is the starting point of the hiking trail "Fürstenweg" which connects the stately home in Wilfersdorf with the former South Moravian Liechtenstein-castles.

Guided Daytrip

"The Liechtensteintour"

A day that will lead us to the treasures of our cross-border region.

​

We start with a guided tour of the Liechtenstein Schloss Wilfersdorf where the scientific director of the Liechtenstein stately home in Wilfersdorf Hans Huysza offers basic information about the importance of the Liechtenstein family for the region.

​

Afterwards we will continue to the former Liechtenstein castles Valtice (Feldsberg) and Lednice (Eisgrub) across the border into the Czech Republic into the UNESCO region "Areal Valtice-Lednice" where both the castles will be visited.

The day's itinerary will be concluded with culinary delights in Wilfersdorf‘s stately home’s wine tavern or in the Court Winery.
